Spinach Balls

Course Appetizer, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese preferably fresh grated (not Kraft ground parm)
  • 1/3 cup Onion, diced very small

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Using a cookie scoop (or spoon), roll 1 inch balls. Place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minute or until golden brown
