  • 1 Large bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb hot breakfast sausage
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) shred from block
  • 2 cups Bisquick

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl until dough-like. Takes a very long time, it will become dough like eventually. Patience required ahead.
  • Set oven to 350 degrees F (175 C)
  • Roll into 1 inch balls.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
