Ingredients
  

Dry (Combine First)

  • 2.25 Cups Flour
  • 2 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Wet (Combine)

  • 2 Cups Buttermilk 2 TBSP Vinegar and fill to 2 Cups with Milk
  • 1 Lrg Egg
  • 2 TBSP Oil or Melted Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mixins (Your Choice)

  • 2 Cups Blueberries
  • 2 Cups Banana Chopped not smashed
  • 2 Cups Banana and Strawberry
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups Kale…Just Kidding

Instructions
 

  • Measure and whisk together all "Dry" ingredients
  • Measure and mix together all "Wet" ingredients
  • Pour Wet into the dry and combine well
  • Add your Mixins
  • Spoon onto preheated griddle (340℉)
  • Flip when light brown and cook on the other side until its light brown
  • Press lightly on pancake to see if completely cooked
  • Mix 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup with 2 TBSP of Butter. (Don't use fake stuff) and heat in microwave.
  • Spoon syrup on Pancake and enjoy!
