Ingredients
Dry (Combine First)
- 2.25 Cups Flour
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
Wet (Combine)
- 2 Cups Buttermilk 2 TBSP Vinegar and fill to 2 Cups with Milk
- 1 Lrg Egg
- 2 TBSP Oil or Melted Butter
- 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mixins (Your Choice)
- 2 Cups Blueberries
- 2 Cups Banana Chopped not smashed
- 2 Cups Banana and Strawberry
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Kale…Just Kidding
Instructions
- Measure and whisk together all "Dry" ingredients
- Measure and mix together all "Wet" ingredients
- Pour Wet into the dry and combine well
- Add your Mixins
- Spoon onto preheated griddle (340℉)
- Flip when light brown and cook on the other side until its light brown
- Press lightly on pancake to see if completely cooked
- Mix 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup with 2 TBSP of Butter. (Don't use fake stuff) and heat in microwave.
- Spoon syrup on Pancake and enjoy!
