2 TBSP Vinegar and fill to 2 Cups with Milk

Instructions
Measure and whisk together all "Dry" ingredients
Measure and mix together all "Wet" ingredients
Pour Wet into the dry and combine well
Add your Mixins
Spoon onto preheated griddle (340℉)
Flip when light brown and cook on the other side until its light brown
Press lightly on pancake to see if completely cooked
Mix 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup with 2 TBSP of Butter. (Don't use fake stuff) and heat in microwave.
Spoon syrup on Pancake and enjoy!
